Park Visit part 2 – Every silver lining has a dark cloud

Can you believe the raw nerve to build so close to the very edge of the park? Well, I’ve managed to gain access to the secret plans for a number of the homes of these scoffers of the environment. Those selfish and super rich enough to tippy toe on the edge of the line between private and public land. See below:

While some folks like to gawk at them big, fancy houses; I think it’s a disgrace that these Enchroachers have been allowed to get away with their enviromentally damaging tricks. How many owners of those MacMansions along Mulholland Drive, etc. even live in them for more than a month or two out of the year? That’s the biggest slap in the face of all. These grotesquories have been built for people so rich that “no,” is not a word in their vocabulary. Well, I say , “No! Stop encroachment right now! I don’t know which higher-ups are being intimidated, bribed or what by who, but it is a damn shame that the land lost is probably lost forever.

About Russell Smith

I was born at the American Hospital in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. I find inspiration in the lives of so many people from Joan of Arc to Oscar Wilde. While my primary avocation is photography, I also enjoy philosophy, theology and most of all, history. My beloved wife, Robin Anne Smith, who passed away in 2013 is also an inspiration to me. My beloved partner, Dana is also a great support and inspiration to me. I'd be remiss if I did not mention my cats: Natasha, Maxwell, Tigger and Nigel.
