They let me loose and I got in trouble

Now you don’t see too many of these, even in this city of excess. I took this picture as I was cutting through Musso’s parking lot. Even though they are closed today, there’s always a chance I might see a celeb. Some of them rent spaces there, and as you know- many eat and drink there. Last celeb that I sited there was David Spade. I think he was getting ready to do that lame Sprint commercial. If it wasn’t Sprint, then it was one of the others. Whoever it was, they didn’t seem to want to continue the campaign; at least as far as I know.

Time for my continual whine:

After a brief visit to the market, I decided to do some candid shots of the Boulevard of Broken dreams. One particular broken Dream punked me out. Shall we take a look?

Immediately after, I really show him!

I really need to cheer up. A big slice of that yummy sounding Canadian Yellow Cake might do the trick. Can I have an extra big piece with maybe some white chocolate shavings on top?

About Russell Smith

I was born at the American Hospital in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. I find inspiration in the lives of so many people from Joan of Arc to Oscar Wilde. While my primary avocation is photography, I also enjoy philosophy, theology and most of all, history. My beloved wife, Robin Anne Smith, who passed away in 2013 is also an inspiration to me. My beloved partner, Dana is also a great support and inspiration to me. I'd be remiss if I did not mention my cats: Natasha, Maxwell, Tigger and Nigel.
